By accessing, browsing, registering on, or utilizing any services provided by Insight Circle Palace (ICP) (referred to as "ICP," "the Palace," "we," "us," or "our"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform, participate in our sessions, or register for membership. These draft terms are published to ensure mutual transparency between ICP and our community members.

Insight Circle Palace is an educational, mentorship, and professional growth platform dedicated to empowering students, young professionals, and emerging leaders. Our services encompass:

• Weekly live interactive webinars, panel discussions, and keynote workshops (including Insighters Monday).
• Curated learning programs in executive strategy, artificial intelligence, career acceleration, financial literacy, and personal development.
• Digital learning materials, assignments, progress assessments, and certificate verification.
• Access to educational archives, session recordings, and peer community forums.

All offerings are designed for non-formal continuing education, career mentorship, and leadership enhancement.

Insighters Monday is our weekly flagship session held on designated Monday evenings.

ICP reserves the right to moderate attendees, revoke seating, or remove individuals from live sessions who engage in disruptive, abusive, or unauthorized promotional conduct.

When creating an account on Insight Circle Palace, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. Maintaining inaccurate or misleading identity information is a violation of these terms.

• Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (email and password) and for any activity executed under your account.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal to the registered individual and must not be shared, rented, or transferred to third parties.
• Notification of Breach: You must promptly notify ICP administration at Insightcirclepalace@gmail.com if you discover or suspect any unauthorized use or security vulnerability in your account.

Our platform categorizes content into distinct tiers to balance open community access with protected premium curriculum:

Access to designated premium programs or membership tiers may require the payment of published enrollment or membership fees.

• Manual Payment Verification: Where payments are made via mobile money (such as M-Pesa), bank transfer, or other manual settlement methods, users must submit their valid transaction confirmation reference through the payment submission portal.
• Administrative Approval: Membership access and course entitlements are granted upon manual or automated review and verification of the transaction reference by ICP administration.
• Discrepancies: ICP reserves the right to withhold access if transaction details cannot be confirmed or appear fraudulent.

Note on Refunds: ICP evaluates refund or transfer requests on an administrative case-by-case basis. ICP does not guarantee refunds, and specific refund guidelines remain subject to confirmed administrative policy.

The duration and renewal terms of any membership, program enrollment, or access pass are configured administratively by Insight Circle Palace.

Your rights to access ICP services and protected members-only sections are conditioned upon continuous compliance with these Terms.

• Access Expiry: When a configured entitlement or membership duration expires, restricted access will automatically terminate until renewed.
• Suspension & Immediate Termination: ICP reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms, attempts unauthorized platform access, shares credentials, or engages in unlawful conduct.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, all licenses granted herein cease immediately, and access to all protected content and community channels is revoked.

All content hosted or presented on Insight Circle Palace—including but not limited to course curriculums, video masterclasses, session recordings, presentation slides, brand logos, graphics, text, software, and audio materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Insight Circle Palace or its respective guest instructors and licensors.

Users must engage with the platform ethically and lawfully. You agree that you will not:

• Harass, intimidate, defame, impersonate, or discriminate against other members, staff, or guests.
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers without explicit written permission.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, reverse engineer application code, probe system vulnerabilities, or disrupt server infrastructure.
• Submit spam, unapproved advertising, phishing links, or malware to ICP communication channels or community forums.

ICP may integrate with or link to third-party tools and hosting providers to facilitate services, including:

• Video & Storage Providers: Google Drive, YouTube, Vimeo, or cloud video hosts for stream playback and file delivery.
• Meeting & Community Platforms: Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, or LinkedIn for interactive sessions.
• Hosting & Analytics: Vercel cloud serverless deployment, email delivery networks, and payment channels.

ICP does not control and is not liable for the availability, policies, privacy practices, or content of third-party platforms. Your interactions with third-party tools are governed by their respective terms of service.

While we strive for high uptime and smooth performance, ICP does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. We reserve the right at any time to:

• Perform routine or emergency system maintenance.
• Update, modify, replace, or discontinue individual features, programs, or session schedules.
• Adjust technical parameters, system requirements, or media delivery mechanisms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insight Circle Palace, its founder, organizers, mentors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform.

Your privacy is fundamental to our relationship with the community. How we collect, store, utilize, and protect your personal registration data is detailed in our dedicated policy document.
